I recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak tourist season (May-October). However, I understand travel plans can be spontaneous — feel free to reach out even for last-minute requests, and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

What should I wear and bring to a yoga session?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. I provide all the equipment (mats, blocks, straps), so you don't need to bring anything. Just have some water nearby and avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice.

It's a unique combination of a yoga session followed by a guided wine tasting. As a certified AIS sommelier and yoga instructor, I offer this special experience perfect for hen parties, milestone birthdays, or groups wanting something memorable. The yoga practice sets the mood, and then I guide you through a curated selection of Tuscan wines.

What areas in Tuscany do you serve?

I'm based in San Giuliano Terme (near Pisa) and serve the greater Pisa area, Lucca, the entire Versilia coast (including Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and Pietrasanta), Livorno, and surrounding Tuscan countryside. For locations further afield, please contact me to discuss travel arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I understand travel plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, I ask for 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged the full amount. Rescheduling is always free when possible.

How do I pay for a session?

Accepted Answer

I accept cash (Euros), bank transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is typically made after the session. For group bookings or retreats, I may request a deposit in advance to secure your booking.
